About Us
We are education researchers and learning designers who have spent years speaking with hundreds of parents across Taiwan and Asia. What we discovered was simple but striking: every family is trying to do the right thing for their child, but almost no one has a clear, structured way to understand how all the pieces fit together.
Bilingual and international families face a unique challenge. Their children grow up between systems, switching languages and expectations daily. Parents invest time, energy, and resources, yet still wonder: Is this really helping my child grow? We built Mosaic because this question kept coming up and because the tools to answer it simply didn’t exist.
Mosaic was created to fill that gap. We use research and behavioural science to help families see what’s really happening beneath the surface of their child’s development: how time, motivation, and confidence interact across two worlds. Through our assessments, diagnostics, and strategy sessions, we translate complex data into clarity, giving parents the insight and confidence to guide their child’s growth with purpose.
